New from scratch
We have been manufacturing rollers for 25 years now. We have unnmatched standards in manufacturing of all small and big rollers from scratch. Material selection, machining, welding, balancing and finishing has always been well received by our clients who have worked with us in past.
Rubberising
Rubberising is one of the core competencies we bank upon. We cater rubber covering for both old and new rollers. While rubberising procedures like operating speeds, load, pressure, temperature, friction, medium etc are kept in mind for the desired end product and cover's hardness.
Grindning
Grinding or re-grinding of covers has always been preffered recover mechanism for used rollers. This process extends cover life and is quicker than full do-over. While regrinding, we make special note for hardness of cover and balancing of your roller.
Repairing
Repairing is less time consuming process to recover old rollers. It is economical as well than manufacturung new roller. Before starting any repair work, we thoroughly evaluate each part of roller to decide which part can be repaired or replaced.
